I only have speed assisted power steering, I have not tried to get any other control over the rack so far so I have not needed the stalk or anything else. The four subframe bolts are the same, I just reused the T5 ones. I dont know anything about a front camera.
Just had the rear drivers side wheel speed sensor on our non led, non tpms camper replaced but in addition toACC/ESC we had FrontAssist failure showing on the MFD.
...On the dashboard screen when I start the engine I get three errors cycle through:
1. Error abs/stabilisation control (esc)
2. Error frontassist: not available
3. Error: start-stop not available
Seems like a lot of errors on the back of a simple short wheel spin so was hoping it’s just a...
UPDATE - SOLVED.
Firstly, thank you to all of this that have made suggestions and guided me in the dark magic that is VCDS, here and the Ross-Tech forum.
It was a single controller 5F adaptation that was missing. All instructions have referred to adaptation with PDC. This one was called...
Yes, there had been an issue but the issue is not present any more - status would be "active" if the issue is present (now intermittent).
Yes, maybe. The buildsheet would explain which radar related functions were implemented on your van. Perhaps "Front Assist" and "City Emergency Braking"
2018 Highline with MFSW and I’ve got the front radar for brake assist.
A. How useful /reliable is the ACC?( it’s a 6 speed manual)
B. Is there anyone who could guide me on the parts needed and do the coding?
Thanks
Hi Everyone,
I'm reasonably new to the T6 life and have a 2019 kombi with the standard VW headset (it has carplay and android auto). My van has the from factory revering camera and parking sensors (front and rear) - is that park assist?

I have read @Shadow109 (Abdullah. Adhami) 's posts on his Tik Tok and found his reply on EPS retrofit. As far as I know he did the retrofits:

2- Lane Assist with VW UP! Power Steering
3- MQB-A0 stalks (as I have seen on video)
4- R-LINE MFSW with ACC
He also changed his front...

The sensor is a bit sensitive. Snow or heavy rain / hail has set mine off occasionally. I wouldn’t say it’s happened more than a handful of times though.
