Final update. Did turn out to be the rotors making the noise. Have had plain Nutexa discs put on by @BognorMotors (thanks all) and all quiet again. Just updating for anyone else searching in future / having similar issues. Have to say Russ at Nutexa was also ace answering Q's etc. Ta all
