With regards to your SCR / P20EE - Have you had the update carried out to the engine ECU?
If you have, then the next port of call for the dealer should be:
Check the EGR flow rate using a specific test plan (EGR will require a flush if this is outside the VW tolerance) , Replace No.3 glow plug...
...now the proud owner of a VCDS. I ran the auto scan and didn't get anything relevant back other than:

Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
This is the DPF (joy) and was also...
...orifices in the delivery system where it sprays the adblue into the exhaust stream, this usually manifests as a 31103 - SCR NOx Catalyst Bank 1 P20EE 00 [236] - Efficiency too Low code (with MIL light lit) and a Reducing agent quality sensor: urea concentration: 0.00 % in there somewhere...
...again next week but conscious warranty runs out next year
All I seem to get is “we have to follow VW’s TPI’s” …. Err which dont result in a fix, guess they keep twirling me until warranty runs out
Daft thing is drives ok, dont get the countdown just the EML and P20ee plus other SCR related...

...fathom why my van has been doing more frequent regens over the past year. It’s had the latest software to note. CXHA 2019 model. Had a sporadic P20EE on longer journeys but not returned lately. But in the readiness monitors it says scr incomplete always. I’ve logged egr values, logged ad...

Mine is the same. Only after long journey and prolonged cruise. Had every tpi done but they still have repeat. Expect same outcome so warranty expires and will be up my shirt at which point i will be visiting @Dav-Tec
Do you monitor the soot levels accumulating in the DPF between regens? What are your soot readings and how many miles do you typically get between regenerations? Also, what are your usual driving conditions?
I reset the trip counter on the dash after each completed regen to help monitor DPF...
I had a P20EE fault and would come on after every long journey but I deleted it and no countdown etc…..maybe because I did t let it confirm. Strangely it hasn’t returned in the past few months. But I monitored Nox levels at the senir and i believe its got an issue albeit no fault code. It reads...
...the EML light fades away as soon as enough startups & miles have accumulated without fault reoccurrence.
Well, my guess is that now also the P20EE has lost date/time stamp - thus has become an ancient one. Also I'm quite confident that VW garage doesn't "see" the fault anymore.
However...
Those two above are not current faults - actually they are ancient ones - because ECU doesn't provide date stamps on them any more.
P20EE is the current one which has turned warning light on - see designation "MIL ON" in VCDS log
Also can be seen the fault has surfaced 4 times since first...
Are they the supplying dealer? If so consumer law lays responsibility at their door, not VWs, and gives you tapered protection out to 6 years. I'd be firing up the pooter and would be emailing the small claims court forms to their CEO with a deadline to resolve this by X date else you'll be...
