Hi, I have a VW T6 with a Discover Media head unit. I am having problems using the touchscreen, mainly on left hand side. I have tried cleaning without success. Does anyone have any other ideas? If it needs replacing any recommendation on a replacement? I guess the VW unit will be expensive!

Mine is unusable now. Even the buttons don't work. Also just out of warranty. Quoted £2244.10 for a new one! No route cause explained, only option is to replace. They couldn't even do the software upgrade due to touchscreen not working.
