Did you solve this issue? I had earlier this year bought a T6 with a failed timing belt and it had spun the whole intake cam roughly 180° and exhaust cam lobes around 90° except for the two valves which had broken rollers. Here is a picture of the faulty camshaft module on the left and new one...

150 is a sensible figure. Well within what tuners recommend as max on the 5 speed drivetrain. My old 102 5 speed was mapped to 180 and didn't destroy itself.

...wheels: I am running Falken 235/65 winter tyres on GP steels and it feels a little long-legged, but still goes dam well and flys over 70 np. Speed is all relative to a 2t+ van with a 2l 180 diesel engine (new now but was still good when shagged). I am always impressed how it goes. Good luck

...the torque value for bolts 21,22,23 in your attachment. I've just done timing belt kit replacement and fond two contradicting values for those bolts, one of which is 40nm+180° and I feel uneasy to apply such a force for the bolts that going into an engine block without confirmation. isnt it the same? I have an old t5.1 Caravelle 180 with a brand new engine fitted and in the summer we drove to Corfu and back fully loaded with kids, bikes and stuff. Heading up in to the mountains I did wonder what a 85~100 bhp feels like in a van like this?

Hi If you are about to buy a 180 t6 my advice is to leave it where it is as they are all doomed to failure unless they have been fitted with a new engine and the EGR has been blanked off from new people are under the misconception that the version of cooler makes them good or bad all the coolers...

I've bought a 2017 Sportline. It's a 180, dsg which is Euro6b, start stop but has no adblue. Shouldn't it have adblue? I've spent quit a bit of time searching the Internet and can't work it out. Anyone got any ideas?
