    Steering wheel question

The one I bought for the same wheel had part number 6C0880201 E. Those are all zeroes in the part number. If you’re looking to add the wiring to enable MFSW then the easiest way is to get an airbag that already has MFSW wiring.

Wanted Base van needed - T6 with ACC and A/C ideally - <£21k

This is intriguing - is there a thread on this? (pretending I know what CCS stands for - Cruise control system?)

Wanted Base van needed - T6 with ACC and A/C ideally - <£21k

If you find one without ACC, but with CCS on the MFSW and equipped with Front Assist, then you can upgrade to ACC yourself. It is literally plug & play job.

How.... how do you afford a van?

That's really helpful. It's not a dealbreaker but good to know. I'm assuming you can't code it in aftermarket...

How.... how do you afford a van?

Doesn't look bad, although advert says it has adaptive cruise control which it doesn't (in case that was a deciding factor). Adaptive cruise on the MFSW will have the distance button in the middle on the left hand buttons, std cruise doesn't have this button.

T6 MFSW update to MFSW ACC

...anything I know this has been raised before, but there seems to be a lot of counter information. I recently bought a VW T6 ex RAC. This has a MFSW non cruise control. I would like to upgrade the steering wheel and add the cruise control later on. I have purchased a VW Golf mk7 steering...

    Obdeleven MFSW coding

Hi all, Can anyone help me with obdeleven coding for a mfsw please. Mfsw was installed a while back and @Deaky sorted me out with the coding via VDCS, I didn’t install the ccs wire as I didn’t really want it at the time. I’ve now ran the wire from behind the stalks to the t10 plug. All...

[Guide] How To Retrofit MFSW And Cruise Control To T6 Eu6 2019 Startline - Also Hacking DSG Paddles For CCS

Might be better to post a help with OBeleven thread in the electrical section. I’ve heard stories of theses hacks done through things like Carista can be difficult to undo.

[Guide] How To Retrofit MFSW And Cruise Control To T6 Eu6 2019 Startline - Also Hacking DSG Paddles For CCS

You will need buttons from a T6 and an airbag loom. Reading through this thread at the start will explain pretty much everything. I can post a link of the loom you will need. I would be more help but I never had ccs to start with or the stalks. Got all mine working fine. It will need coded in

...as the Kenwoods . The other issue is the Kenwood uses a third party vehicle interface which is graphically poor, and you have to use it via the MFSW , the Alpine is like factory through the touch screen, and factory looking graphics We recommend the Alpine and can retain the SOS , vehicle...

What’s the best head unit available?

If you have a rotary control, then the screen will be smaller , there is never a solution to fit all. But it does most things very well. Yes agree with the screen, but all in dash touch screens suffer from finger prints, you want to see my discovery media in my T6.1 it’s awful for this The gps...

What’s the best head unit available?

...thing. A dial would be better I think. The buttons work fine but you need to press them firmly and they look identical and the lit icons are too small. I don't like taking my eyes off the road and fiddling about pressing/holding up and down. My solution is to get a MFSW fitted at some point.

What’s the best head unit available?

When you say volume buttons are annoying, what do you mean by this? Like they’re a bit dead and uninspiring? Sometimes they click sometimes they don’t? This was my experience of a similar unit’s buttons.

What’s the best head unit available?

...and using Android Auto with a second phone - Comes with USB-C but the adapter out is USB-A (see my retrofit guide) Comments: - Apple Carplay ONLY works if you connect a DAB Ariel. I used a screen mounted one as my factory fitted one was goosed. - Volume buttons are annoying (I don't have a MFSW)
