Yeah, the straps should be long enough to go all the way around the bars, the three little slots just hold the straps in place when not in use, i dont see them as necessary and used to carry a bike without using them

Newer 150 engines in the 6.1 haven’t been cracked yet but T6 and early 6.1s are all fine

There are a couple sizes that fit in the fuseboxes for small and standard blade fuses Search for junior power timer connectors they are commonly available on ebay etc https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140938481475

The part number will be stamped on that connector, getting that will be the start If you have that part number then etka will give you the mating connector or failing that just google it and you can normally find the other half

Im sure on mine it was the last six digits of the VIN number, assume its so they can match up the keys to vans at the factory and dealers with no reg plates on

Or if they are all terminal 15 could be a failed ignition relay

If you are happy power is getting through fuse 2 then check it is arriving at fuses SC1-15

Yes I have genuine ODIS and licensed VCP so I’m all good thanks, and yes it seems datasets are the key !

I’m optimistic there’s a solution coming for this, I want to get it sorted as I have a 6.1 with electric tailgate just need to put some time aside to actually try and do it ! but at the moment if and when it’s released it will not be possible with VCDS it will require VCP or ODIS :(

Not a lot mate, the sat nav units can be cracked with an SD card enabling them to be fitted in other vans but last time I checked your unit needs to be benched to crack so unless a retrofitter wants it to sell on not a lot of others will be able to do much with it ? ? @Dav-Tec ?

Just don’t buy a second hand unit as most are not compatible, if you want to go down this route then definitely speak to one of the companies that offer cracking for the MIB3 and work out how much it’s going to cost you first !

Do you have factory fitted second battery ? Most extra/not standard in vans equipment is supplied from additional fuseboxes, the main ones are either side of the dash fusebox, if you have them you will see vertical rows of fuses either side of all the horizontal ones below/beside the gear lever
