What details do you mean - your son’s PayPal details? If so, you need to either log out of his PayPal account and/or clear your web browser cache / history.

I do completely agree. So many people have set up 'detailing' businesses on facebook and they haven't got the foggiest idea on how to actually detail

I currently have a carista but wnat to be able to reset battery charging voltages and have indepth readouts on Adblue system and so forth to diagnose whats going on in more detail. All the paperwork for work done that came with my van did contain the previous owners details but following on from @roadtripper's comment it looks like VW can provide alternative paperwork without these personal details. Worth an ask at your local dealer in that case.

Nothing wrong with that, I'm the same and I'd bet that every really good detailer started the same. Your van looks great anyway!
