Have you checked the plugs by the horn ?
This is the disconnection point for the front bumper and they all run through it, make sure the plug is fully located and locked in
ABS sensors are a common point of failure, check the wires going to it and if they are ok then get the sensor swapped, reasonably cheap and a diy job if you can get the wheel off and have some basic tools
Yes one of the mods removed it, we have had conflicts in the past with traders posting on each others posts

Do you have 12v on the cables in the tailgate (i suspect not)
Test for voltage between the positive core and chassis to see if you have a +ve supply

Depends how you want to go about it, you could bypass the plug completely if you want to or you could cut the pins off and crimp new ones on and reinstate as is

The problem with adaptions is they vary quite a bit even on vans that seem the same/similar there can be quite a few differences in values, i find to get a good grasp you need to compare a few scans of vans...
Coding is only the basics on 6.1 it’s a lot heavier on adaptions and that is probably somewhere you will need to look a bit deeper to resolve the niggles
I think the presence of 29/39 is prob due to coding errors in other modules, likely 55 if it came from a top spec car
Are any of the modules new or all second hand ?
Clear all the faults and see what comes back
I think some of them will be spurious, antennas are in the wing mirror so that may have been off at some point and some can be caused by a low battery somewhere along the line
I would only concern myself with faults that are persistent and return
