It was a real pain so binned them and bought Cali cards.

Interestingly there are a few on the Cali forum that use steel 18” 7 1/2J steel wheels with 235/50/18 tyres as spares. They even fit on a 4Motion.

I found tougher black plastic clips were man enough for the job. Pics below. I hope they help.

Agreed. I’m using the Eber inlet and Cali outlet and both are clear. I’ve concluded it’s a legacy of the installation when I probably messed around and created the majority of the “10 incidents” which caused the lock up. I’ll certainly be investigate further if it reoccurs....

The Cali Ocean rear seat isn’t designed to slide up to the tailgate due to the rail positioning and the NS wheel arch. It works with the multiplex board to form the bed. Did you not investigate before deciding on the Cali bed? Other Transporter derivatives may have provided a better option?
