    Solar Panel

...a panel like this above (newer version to mine) will easily charge and maintain 200ah lithium thoughout the year. During autumn for instance, even with fridges running, phones etc being charged, lights on and heater etc all night dropping the 2x100ah lithiums to 70% overnight will be charged...

    Bluetti Apex 300

...looking at a Bluetti to run a camping fridge (alpicool CF55 probably), whilst I wait for my insurance to sort itself out so I can do a proper lithium electric install, but I’m not doing cabinets, just an ovano and kombi type van. Because I’ve got 200watt of fold up solar panel that will be ok...

    CTEK D250SE smart alternator question

I'm just about to upgrade my leisure battery to a Renogy 100ah lithium and I've noticed a few things about the original profesional install. The van has a smart alternator but the smart alternator signal cable on the CTEK D250SE has been left unconnected instead of connecting to an ignition...

    Renogy / Fogstar not charging

Ahh Right! Has the fogstar ever charged since you've had it? I wonder if the BMS needs resetting. Can you get to the battery and disconnect it from the renogy B2B and use a standard (with lithium profile) battery charger? Give it a "Bench" charge before letting it loose on the van?

    Bluetti Apex 300

...But where I can put it and run a fridge off it and plug it into an installed diesel heater I don’t know. The alternative is that I get a lithium underwear battery with alternator charge and a solar hook up installed under one seat, and a diesel heater under the other. I commented on a Hythe...

What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Why though? Seems like a collosal waste of money, weight and space. I have a single 100ah lithium, a single 100w solar panel and a 1000w inverter. Run lights, a powered sub, WiFi, nespresso machine, charge my ebike, charge phones etc. And use a compressor fridge. I ran out of power once when I...

...to some actually downgraded batteries but doubled up, now have 2 x 110ah normal batteries instead of one 95 ah AGM (which wasn’t suitable for the Sargent either).
