Hi Both... So maybe worth me supplying an update - in reference to mmi question, yes the van was starting fine no problem starting, which had everyone mystified...... So I called the garage and we did some process of elimination and turns out the whole thing was caused by my Wolfbox reverse...

Looking at that data the fuel pressure should be at 200bar when it’s not running, is that right? I just checked mine and it’s between 155 and 165 on Carista (can only get live data, can’t log it) it’s been sat about 6 hours. I can’t see any leaks around the injectors.

Yes. Starter battery. OK great, not that bothered if start/stop does not work for a while. Only use the van on long trips and never in town so not much call for start/stop anyway.

Correction, as my battery went low while fitting and messing and I charged it... It took a few journeys before it started working again. All good now starting the stop starting :)

When ours played up the Stop/Start had stopped working where the starter battery wasn't getting enough juice I guess but as an indicator there was no light on dash or message on the MFD, same deal with when the Moll starter battery died and no warning just Stop/Start not working.
