    Clutch pedal on floor

So I've woken up this morning to find the clutch pedal on the floor in my 2019 T6 with 45000 miles on the clock. I have an All-in plan and am waiting (probably a long time) for the AA to turn up. Am I right in thinking that a master or Slave cylinder issue should be fixed under the warranty? If...

Servicing - costs, schedules and VWCV plans

Hi All. Looking for some advice and info about all things servicing. Van first registered Jan 2023 and delivered directly to the convertor for a full conversion. Since picking it up in early May, it's done around 5.5k miles. I intend the van to be a long-term keeper, so I'm looking to avoid...

    Clutch pedal on floor

Just hoping you could update the thread please ! Got the all in plan and have the exact same issue on my 2019 150bhp van. Clutch pedal starting to stick and biting point has ended up on the floor, very awkward to drive, lots of free play at the top of the pedal. All happened in the space of a...

All-In service plan - does it transfer to new owner?

The all in plan is a finance agreement between the vehicle owner and VW Financial Services. In order for it to be transferred, the original owner has to pay off the agreement in full before transfer (as per the T&Cs part 9) can be authorised subject to the new owner making an application and...

    Service Plan or go independent?

I used VW Service plan the All-in for servicing, and other works at the specialist. I had an All-in claim recently, and the fact I had completed a service/MOT at my dealer just a few weeks before I took out the plan meant they couldn't argue that it was an existing issue.

VW All in plan .. again

...the VW offer come back e.g. in the spring) whether its possible to cancel the monthly payments I'm about to start today, have VW close my All In plan (likely without using any services by then as it's just been done) and then restart with a new 2 year offer if it reappears?. A £200-300 saving...

Thoughts on my electrical plan please!

Hi all, I'd REALLY appreciate some feedback on the below - I've spent many, many hours researching this, but having not done it before the learning curve is steep. I'm new here, so I'll start with a photo of the van.... Right, onwards! Use Cases The van will predominantly be used as a day...

Hello. We are not a main dealer so unfortunately you can’t use your all in one plan with us. If I had to recommend a dealer with would be Lookers Guildford.

Life with Nelson the T6.1 Acura Camper

One leisure battery swapped under warranty and hats off to Fuller Leisure, no quibble whatsoever, which we admittedly was sceptical (we've heard it all before!), in fact they sat chatting to us about how we have found Nelson so far and what we have planned coming up!

Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

my rear offside abs sensor packed up last September and i swapped it out for £8 obviously free labour but it was only a "get the wheel off and undo two screws" effort. Suppose the comparative investment is in my VCDS which did the diagnosis.

    Regretting my dark choice

Hi all - I have a t6.1 kombi in ‘pure grey’. I do plan do insulate it but haven’t got round to it, but notice just how hot the thing gets in the sun. I’ve got a trip through Europe coming up (not sleeping in it) and it’s meant to be mid 30’s regularly and I know it’s gonna get in there. I’m...

OBD11 VAG app or OBD11 app

Confuses the hell out of me all this ... have the OBD11 2 device/dongle and the free OBD11 plan. Can read/clear fault codes and can use the one click coding stuff, no desire to dive any deeper. There's which app should I be using? VAG or the other one...
