I went in through the sill with the waste and feed pipes, the grommet is quite big. Needed two of us, one feeding up from below, me trying to fish it out of the cill from the inside.

Hallo mate have you got any more pics of this as this is what I’m looking at doing this weekend but a 20mm waste won’t fit those holes? Did you drill them to make them bigger or am I missing something? Thanks!
If you have barn doors then a popular route is to use the blanked off mounting points for the tailgate hinges - should just have grommets in them.
Its not the SOS module itself, it's the primary LTE antenna, but don't mess with it all sorts of fault codes lie in your future if you do that ;)...
Nice to hear. Thank you for trusting me.
The device really has no protection from moisture, if I seal it hermetically, then we will not be able to update the software. I periodically release firmware updates in which I eliminate minor inaccuracies that occur when working on different cars, as...
...the dark blue plugs at the bottom of the holder (position 10) so that was annoying lol. I would also recommend getting the flattop fuse box grommet to run it properly into the front of the fusebox.
Vans now gone off to have the ADAS position checked, then the rest of the front can be put...
Sounds like a plan. Where do you guys have your EHU sockets and would you have them there if you did it all over again? Really only need 1x double Id say
Perfect! thanks that was one of the locations I had in mind, hadn't considered there being a grommet there already so that makes it much easier. Thanks again
...Red and grey can't plug into each other so I can't get the connections wrong.
Wire to battery (under passenger seat) goes through the grommet in the plenum chamber then under the rubber floor to passenger seat base.
I do need to mount the MPPT somewhere in the engine bay so it's permanently...
...through to the engine bay and drop the black and connect to the chassis somewhere in the cab.
This would mean separating the wires and cutting the black short perhaps, before attaching it to an earthing point in the cab maybe?!
I'm considering this as the wires through the grommet is very tight.
It got through the grommet but was too big too go through the oem loom hole. I've used the smaller grommet, a very tight fit. Just hope the grommet has fitted back in to protect the cable.
The red cable is too short to feed through the firewall by itself and then to attach the fuse.
I've managed to feed the cable through one of the small grommets, top of passenger wheel, to behind battery. Hope the grommet holds.
So i've just about routed the cable through one of the two small grommets that come out behind the battery. Tighter than the ducks verbatim. Be it with a bit of the protective sheaf coming off. Not sure if the grommet will go back in place properly so relying on protective sheaf round the cable...
