Hi guys,
My van is a T6.1 2022 with the Bosch ECU 110BHP I find it very under powered for everyday use. My previous van was remapped to a stage 1 - 185BHP with add blue deleted and it was perfect. Plenty of power if required, didn't need to keep adding add blue ever other month.
Just want my...
Nope! The nozzle only goes about 2” into the filler pipe. By the time it knocks off you’re way overfilled. By all means use the adblue pump, but only put in the required amount. Filling it to knock off adds about 3litres more than the maximum amount. Don’t ask how I know this.
I managed to make it back from France without any issues. After monsieur mechanic did his stuff it showed 6500 miles remaining, I’ve now driven nearly 800 miles and it still shows 6500. Is this the maximum it will read and maybe the tank is over full?
I had an engine management light appear...
Our awning cost approx £650 from Go Outdoors, a bank holiday deal for members and an added 10% off with my partners "Blue Light" card, so maybe just a few quid on a scratch card rather than Euromillions required. ;)
so a slight change today, ad blu readout now displays it needs another 1.25-1.5 gallons.
Question ? If I added that, it would
make a total of 3.5 gallons ( around 15litres) , I’m assuming that wouldn’t fit into the adblue tank ?
@Gordon Bennett. Maybe I’m being even thicker than usual but do you mean that you added adblue (ie. not diesel) to more than 2/3rds full? If so how much adblue did you actually put in please?
Not registering a top up is usually down to adding too much. In the past, since I over filled myself and had the same issue resulting in the van going to the dealers to reset the adblue, I've only been adding the MINUMUM amount as stated on the display.
BUT............
Mine beeped today, 1500...
Good and bad at the same time no pay for more but with some problems! Have you used a commercial lorry stop for Diesel here in UK like Motorways for instance? Not sure pump would fit our tiny fillers and if they do they explode with the shock 🤣??? I have seen older Transits filling Diesel on...
This has been on here a few times. I myself had the No Start in 600 Miles warning. After I'd topped up the adblue it didn't reset and continued the countdown. I read on here to fill up with diesel over 2/3rds full, then give it a quick run. I did this and it reset itself within about 8 miles...
Now in Bruges (Camping Memling - based on some recommendations on here).
Wet drive from Netherlands - but sun out now that we got here.
There are a few transporters next to us (including uk) - so that’s nice - Hi if one of them is you (ours is the Acapulco blue one).
Forgot a photo as now...
I got it fixed today.
Was actually cable tied to the ad-blue hose and was knocking against the chassis.
They installed the pump on its proper bracket and is now silent. (I went to ESPAR in Plymouth).
...post an update about the issue just incase it helps anybody in the future.
no garage wanted to deal with the ab blue and some wanted to do an adblue delete. In the end I rang VW and they couldn't get the van in until the end of May.
The woman informed me that they see recovered vehicles...
...storage p0237 houden
Intussen is alles vervangen wat mij theoretisch werd waaronder alle turbodruksensoren en alle andere sensoren tevens de adblue uitlaten schrijven

Nieuwe inlaat
Nieuwe kleppendeksel kortom alles
