We have David bloody Cameron, Jodie Kidd, Hugh Grant, Gordon Ramsey, a load of bankers and a Council so corrupt they make Nigeria look very law abiding. Oh and the lowest average salary in England.

And no mountains.

But it's quite pretty.
 
You know my Cali cost twice as much as the first house I bought and when I bought the house we live in 30 years ago it was 65k. Not got a clue what it's worth now. :unsure:

Hi @Roadrunner, you can probably multiply by between 8 and 10 :whistle:. Trouble is that unless you downsize or move to less desirable location (or abroad) then you'll not benefit from the appreciation :notworthy:.
