Window Switch removal

Can you remove the window switches without taking the door cards off and if so how?

Yes just pry up the surrounding trim with a trim removal tool, think it lifts from the front edge but it’s been a while so not 100%

Yes it’s from the front, I had one out last night cos some plonker forgot to plug the passenger door switch back in when putting the door card back on

Trim tool on top and bottom edge of the whole switch assembly housing.

Its hooked at one end with the spring clips at the other....

The switch modules can then be removed.

I just replaced the standard high line switches with the chrome caravelle ones ....nothing to taxing on the brain but just didn't want to take the door cards off to do it.....I've got new speakers sitting in the garage for months now and need to do them at some point
