In terms of the bolt pattern, it's a match for a T6.
In terms of wheel diameter, it'll fit, provided your van doesn't have a 17" chassis (in which case, it's too small)
In terms of the tyre size, you can use willtheyfit.com to compare it with your current tyres.
In terms of offset (ET), I'm not sure - someone with a Crafter might be able to help.

I doubt they will be high enough load rating. But worth checking in case Im mistaken.
The tyres are the same as what’s on the CR35, “will they fit” shows an 8mm difference, T6 being smaller.
The tyres on the Devonports are almost new, once I’ve got my new wheels for the T6, and the Davenport tyres are worn out, the Devonports will be shod with winter tyres and become my winter set.
I’ll then get a set of 18” Amarok steels for the CR35
Just don’t want them to look lost like the wheels on almost all Amarok’s do.
Suppose there’s only one way to find out.
