Below a VCDS scan from a van which has MFSW and adaptive cruise control. Seems to match. However, I don't know how the subsystems are related to this.

There are different types depending on setup
I have 7E0 953 507 B stalks which go with MFSW ie no buttons on end of right stalk for display

Thanks Paul i have the trip button on the right hand stalk but will be fitting a MFSW.

The above part number is from my vehicle which has a MFSW but there are several types so whilst i think that is the one you require please double check with supplier when ordering

Please can anyone confirm if 5G0 971 584 B is the correct part number for a 2016 T6 airbag loom to allow,the fitting of the MFSW on the right. Many thanks

Does anyone know can I fit a mfsw + padels to my 2018 T6 DSG it has cruise control on the L/H stalk and mfd on the R/H stalk which i won't to work on the wheel, Will i have to replace both stalks to get it to work on the wheel.
Contacted Retrofit who says it is not possible, has anyone done this ? ?

You could try @MAT@VWT5UPGRADES i know he has done a retrofit of cruise control using MFSW buttons so has some experience in this department
