Which nebula projector - to buy and use in garden and Campervan

Im looking to purchase a Nebula projector this Black Friday. Im looking the Capsule or Mar 3 version as they are roughly the same price . The same reason is to use it in the campervan but may also look to use in on a screen in our garden - has anyone purchased them - In the campervan , i guess they are the same but is one better then the other in the "Garden " due to brightness?

No, but after watching this I'm leaning towards capsule -it's just the and looking at the brightness, there does seem to be bug difference

I’ve had the android based capsule and now have the laser version with Google tv. For me I’d go for the laser. Brightness is better and has proper google tv so includes Netflix you can control with the remote. The non google tv (android os versions) are clunky to use with the app and as such we rarely did. Pair it with a poptop screen and it’s great! I did consider the mars but the size also put me off. The capsule just sits on the edge of the roof when poptop is up. I plan to find a way of mounting but this works for now.

Thanks, at the moment the difference between capsule and the laser in money terms is quite big with amazon sale. When did you get the android version as the normal capsule is Google TV isn't it?

The newer capsule 3 are Google tv

Newer ones are Google TV yes. But I think you’ll end up upgrading to the laser if you watch in anything other than full darkness as they just don’t have the brightness IMO. I got mine cheap on eBay so worth a look for nearly new or used ones.
