Where's everyone storing their jack?

The back now has wheel arch covers and the jack can't go there, and in my old van, the jack went under the passenger seat, but that's got a battery under it. There will be a sub going under the driver's at some point- so....... any suggestions as to where I can safely store this lump of metal?

I have actually used the standard jack to change a tire in a field balancing on what was left of the concrete foundations of a fence post. It's not that bad and in that situation probably more stable than a bottle jack.

I have a bottle jack. I keep it in a big box along with ALL the other stuff I cart around. The boxes sit behind the Kombi rear seats so aren't in the way

BMW's come with tyre weld and a small compressor, and no spare wheel.

I thought about mounting mine on the underside of the bonnet, there's lots of room and it won't get in my way.

Same on most Audi’s, the weld doesn’t work imho.

@Texxaco - What puncture seal kit do you use?

I use this tyre sealant off eBay but with having 20” wheels the seller tops up to 550 mm at no extra charge.

TYRE SEALANT TUBELESS PUNCTURE PREVENTION FOR VANS & MOTOR HOMES 1 X VAN PACK

I had it installed on my last 4500kg motorhome with tpms and had an alert that loosing pressure on front drivers wheel 56psi reduced to 54 psi and it immediately sealed at 54 psi.
Two years later sold the van and never had to have the tyre repaired, hence I’ve put it in our T6.
John.
