Where To Put A Subwoofer?

Im looking for ideas for where to put a 10" subwoofer.

No room under either seat.
Drivers has leisure batter and dc-dc charger under it plus some other bits and pieces.
Passenger (single) has the consumer unit for the mains hookup.

In the rear there are caravelle rails and a 3 seater sliding seat.

Random thought.......could you fit it under the dash on the floor centred to give room for both foot wells?

Thats looks good. However I cant go above the level of the wheel arch due to the caravelle seat.

I would say rear wheel arch as above and get a custom box made, for a smaller sub.

Not 100% sure but i think vw put a sub in the large blank in this panel, on some spec caravelle models ?

Being controversial, it appears, do you actually need one? I have Eton speakers which are great and I have even turned the Base down. But then, I’m not a fan of Base when it swamps the mid-range rhythm and vocals in the music I listen to.

I do also have a pair of pioneer speakers above the rear barn doors, which run off the rear speaker output in vehicle mode. They then run independently in leisure mode off a leisure head unit, with no extra base needed.

Maybe that was with dynaudio or similar. They didn’t offer it as an upgrade for long - we had it in one of our cali’s - bot sure on sub location though.
