Looking at dcpen43 s great photos of Pembroke, we finished the Bala/Wales part of our last trip at Caerfai Farm Campsite which is just outside St David’s and right on the coast. access from the camping field straight on to the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Facilities could do with a refresh but otherwise fine. Fantastic views and walking and a short path down to a small beach just below the campground.

We stayed there a few years back....great location and doesn't look too busy for you.

This site is a real gem, camping Muncipal de la Digue, at St Martin sur Oust, southern Brittany, sat on the Brest to Nantes canal, cycle rides in both directions or you can just walk, super clean very friendly although the reception don’t speak English, boulangerie 6 mins walk away, and local bar just up the road, which serves local cider in a tea type cup, it must be a Breton thing!

We drove to Falkirk today to see the marvellous Kelpies, also the wicker Cenataur, and a Heron in the reeds.

my go to campsite is Keeston Camping by Newgale. Only 4 adult only pitches serviced by two unisex modern toilet/showers. We
had it to ourselves for our mid Sunday to Thursday stay

Set up at Henley Four Oaks Club Campsite for the weekend to watch our daughter compete in Henley Women’s Regatta.

I remember visiting that church on a New Year's Eve back in the 90s when foreign tourists were few and far between. We ended up being interviewed live on national TV!

We have 12 more nights here so trying to keep budget under control, been here 9 days so far, diesel has been around £1.90 a litre, a campsite around £25 a night, half a dozen items from a supermarket about £30
We are about half way round, we are driving anti clockwise, waiting for a few more highland roads to open up, weather has been better than expected. When I get back home I’ll post a full breakdown of cost for the trip from uk
Oh and I’ve upgraded the transporter to a Sprinter

I drove a 307D back home at the time, so this really impressed me at the time!
