That really depends on the spec of the wheels and tyres on the van and the ones you are replacing them with.

Pretty sure that is a common size but, as mentioned above it depends on the wheel details (mainly offset seeing as though the diameter and tyre width look ‘normal’ for a Transporter).
The other thing I’d be checking is wheel width - just to make sure that tyre is within the allowance, and the load rating of the wheel and tyres. Different vans need different max load rating (t26, t28, t39 & t32 etc).
Is there a sticker inside your drivers door pillar showing the wheel and tyre sizes and load ratings (along with tyre pressures) for your particular van? Should be there.

indeed it is, but lowered with 20” currently is not, so impossible to say whether new combo will fit without comparing like for like on non standard van.
