What's This ?

Just opened the bonnet on the van for the first time and noticed this unit flashing red connected to the battery terminals with crocodile clips
As the van has been standing at the dealers could it be a charging point / connection ???
Has anybody an idea of what it could be ???

Well spotted, only a tenner from Halfrauds so probably not worth the fuel returning unless they are close.

The -ve side of it shouldn’t be connected to the battery terminal if your going to use it to charge the battery. It should go to an earth point on the engine or body.
