What Lights Do I Have? P4a Build Code

Looking to upgrade the bulbs (can't afford the LED's sadly) thought I have H4's (highline van) but noticed on my build sheet it says " P4A" Lights and vision package....the rear lights are LED's but not the front.

Does this mean they are H7's or standard H4's? they are poor either way.......
