Was it this one you got?It sounds great thanks Wayne. The old one had Huw Edwards messaging me on whatsapp and offering me money to taske my hat off, but the new one when sounded saw Burt Reynold's ghost briefly appear and nod approvingly. A big improvement for not a lot of folding.
That's the chappie! Was it this one you got?

Got my powder coated satin black steel back from the wheel specialist with the Bridgestone Ecopia 235/65 R17 fitted and I can confirm that it fits in the underslung cradle on its lowest setting. Had to let some air out but it went in.So at the weekend I addressed something that has been bothering me.
Since changing the Devonports for 17" Steelies and Falken Wildpeak 235/65/17 tyres, I've not been comfortable with a 215/60/R17 as the underslung spare wheel. So, a few weeks back I purchased a Bridgestone Ecopia 235/65 R17 AT tyre to use as the spare.
Before cleaning up the spare steelie and fitting the tyre, I wanted to check it actually fit in the cradle without any modifications. I'm pleased to confirm thati t does. Heres a video I made of how to adjust the Bracket and get it in there:

Ah, OK. I read it as they passed it with the light on.Hi @Dundee_Kev, you’re title says you are an MOT tester and your hmmm suggests doubt?I had a full diagnostics test done. The engine light was cleared. The photo shows the diagnostics results. The tests seemed to indicate that everything was working within limits though the low flow warning that was coming up was put down to the EGR needing cleaning/replacing. There are no warning lights on the dash now.
Sorry, I was doing my best to relate what I’d understood from what he was explaining to me.Ah, OK. I read it as they passed it with the light on.
I stand corrected
It certainly reads that way.Ah, OK. I read it as they passed it with the light on.
