Probably won't rain for weeks now, but I'm hoping this will be the end of the scraping and scratching noise from the OEMs.
Ordered online from GSF Car Parts - with the current discount (25%) they were similar price to other online retailers, and cheaper than Halfords. Never used GSF before, but impressed - order online for click & collect, with nothing to pay until collection. Quick & easy to collect, very much like Screwfix / Toolstation (or free delivery).

Tried all the usual suspects on here like Howdens etc and not one call back or price.
I had exactly the same experience when I rang A plan/ Howdens a while back , they faffed me around all day waiting for a call back and then when I eventually rang them again to chase them it seemed very much liked they couldn't be arsed so I shan't waste my time again with them .
Went with Flux this year .

They were another one who couldn't be bothered to get back to me as well. And funnily enough, since I've emailed them I've strted getting junk emails about computer storage etc. Won't be wasting my time next year with them!!

A bit premature I know, but they're suited and booted and sitting at my local Protyre to be put on the van on Tuesday. Just need to ring Wolfrace tomorrow and find out why they have Rial centre caps and not the Wolfrace ones 🤔 Never even heard of Rial.

As far as i know rial and wolfrace are the same company, or rial make the alloy for wolfrace somthing like that, but yes if you bought through wolfrace you would want thier centre cap! Look really good, i like them for thier enhanced oem look

I don't know about you guys but I tend to mess about with comparison site adding extras the van doesn't have like pop top and air susp etc, generally just loading them with rubbish like fake driving bans, purely out of curiosity. I know I'm a bit sad but I bet others do. Don't you?
Did this once, trying to get the highest premium possible from an insurer that specialised in high risk insurance. Entered some silly details like a 17yr old Ferrari-driving paraplegic with 5 convictions for death by dangerous driving. Got quoted an annual premium somewhere in excess of £200k. Given the risk, it doesn't sound that unreasonable in today's money, but this was back in 1980s (way before the advent of the internet).

Robbie’s new book. Pre-ordered a few weeks ago, arrived today. Some inspiration for a road trip next year!

Used GSF yesterday to buy a new battery for the daughters Mitsubishi sport mini camper as left the rear door slightly open for 4 months, pesky door ajar light ate all the angry pixies from their battery home. Couple of pounds dearer than my Halfords but at least they had one in stock. Used them quite a few times but this was first online experience. Be well.

Just ordered some now thanks for the tip

RIAL X10X came up as a few quid cheaper than wolfrace X10X when I was looking to buy mine. But I could never find anywhere that actually sold them. Search the forum for RIAL. A few people have mentioned them.

Well, Wolfrace just told me that the X10 (or X10X as it's also sometimes referred to) is made by Rial, and they just rebrand it by sticking a Wolfrace adhesive cap cover on (which I can see they sell on their site for £20 a set + p&p ) Apparently the stickers should have been sent with the wheels, and they're sending them out today (free of charge of course).
I also can't find any UK company actually selling wheels under the Rial brand, but I quite like the configurator on the German site rial.de because you can select the colour of your van (albeit only a Startline) and then add the wheels of your choice - although there's not much choice there! Would be a great feature for other after market sellers like Wheelbase, Vanstyle etc., since there's virtually nowhere with a physical showroom where you can go and touch & feel before you buy. (I'm old school, I don't much enjoy spending hundreds of £££s on something I've never actaully seen).
The other thing I find a bit odd is that the exact spec of the X10 seems to vary from one site to another, so I'm not entirely sure what offset or even load rating I'm getting. Even on Wolfrace's site, the X10 in silver shows an offset of ET46 and load rating 1000kgs, but the black version is ET50 and 935kgs. On Vanstyle, the silver X10 shows ET46 and 935kgs. I questioned this with Wolfrace, and they said the site just shows what they have in stock currently (although it doesn't mention that they're actually Rial wheels!)

did you manage to get a direct fit with central bore of 65.1? as when I looked at these some stated direct fit and some with spigots? I kind of think if they do make a direct fit then that's preferential

I would have preferred a direct fit too, but again, strangely, whilst the metal grey and the racing black versions are 65.1, the polar silver I went for is 74.1 (according to Wolfrace website at least). Spigot rings were included with the wheels.
I don't know how much difference the offset will make (I think the current factory setup with 16" Claytons is ET50) but hopefully (if they are in fact ET46) they will fill the arches a bit better, without the need for any spacers (whereas the grey, which I considered, would be the same offset as the original).
I think the bolts are different from the OEM ones too, which means I'll have to carry five original bolts around for the spare.

TBH, I find it all a bit of a minefield, which is partly why I've prevaricated for so long about changing the wheels at all. That, and trying to justify the cost of replacing a perfectly good set of brand new wheels and tyres to SWMBO - and myself
