1st job, pop to the local Asian market and replenish my spice cupboard, would have been cheaper to just phone up the local Indian and order a meal, but where is the fun in that?
Stage 1: Start with the base curry sauce, a bit laborious, but I made it in bulk and froze it down into portionable sizes.
Stage 2: Stew your meat, not as labour intensive as stage 1, again, have made enough stock to freeze and reserve for another day.
Stage 3: Bring everything together in the hope that it resembles something like the picture in the book
Synopsis: Sweet lordy jesus, as good as, if not better than the local Bangladeshi establishment.
