What are you.... EATING tonight/today?

Tonight's cook-a-long-with-cuffy was:
Pan fried sea bass fillets, saute potatoes, garlic butter spinach (hidden under the fish) confit prawn and tomato with a lemon and caper butter.

Cook-along with Cuffy has stalled for a while. But tonight's offering is a one tray wonder.
Honey and soy glazed Salmon with Broccoli, snap peas with a lime and ginger dressing.
