Thanks for the replies. Van is in Wales with the missus so she’s getting VW Assist out.
She rang me yesterday to say that Adblue range was 600 miles which was unusual as it had been at 6000 a few days before.
She topped it up, went through the process to register it and was left with this.
It is, of course, my fault.
