Was 2012/13 a change over year ?

Hi I have a late 12 plate 5.1.
was it a change over year ?
Some parts I look up show up to 2012 and some parts already fitted from 2013 on ?

The only change I’m aware of was from T5 to T5.1 as a significant change but there is likely to have been minor changes depending on what parts your looking at

Mines a 2013 Barn Door and the rear bumper is different, apparently same as a T6 barn-door.
