Hi guys I’m in need of some advice I have T30 4 motion with staggered wheels (judd t311r 20”
Front 9j et38
Rear 10.5 et 42
Tyres are front 245/40/20
Rears 265/40/20 question is can I keep this set up until the fronts need changing then change the fronts to 265/40/20 ? Or do I change them now ?

For a 4 motion all 4 tyres need to be the same circumference and yours are quite a bit off. 265/40/20 must be quite stretched on a 10.5 too.

You'd be better of with 245/40/20 F and 275/35/20 R

I run 245/40 and 255/40 on the same width rims as you. The tyres aren't load rated enough for my T32 kombi but I have had no problems since getting the wheels. I only fully load it for a couple of camping holidays a year and that's still no were near the max wait for the van.

It’s for the mot that you have the correct load rating but I think a T32 kombi is a class 4 so you are ok.
T32 panel van is class 7.

I would be surprised if they check the tyres and very much doubt they take the alloy off to check the load rating.

They probably don’t look at the wheel load rating but they definitely look at tyre load rating

I think all 4 motions are T32 so be careful to select the correct weight limit for your choice of tyres
Not quite right as I have a factory T30 Kombi 4Motion, but your point about being careful on load ratings is still very valid.

I’m not sure if the weight limit changes with different 4 motion models but when I ordered a swb 4 motion 199 panel van, it was T32 but perhaps a 150 without dsg was classed as T30 ?
When I look on the v5 the model states T30 but the weight states 3200kg.
