Just wondering if anyone has had to complain to VW for 'after-care' issues, and if so, who did you contact and what were the results?
I bought an ex demo T6 from a VW dealer in January. It's a September registered 67 plate 150 Highline Transporter. Very happy with the Van. However, the purchase experience and subsequent issues with condition of vehicle have meant I have had to pursue the dealer for a resolution. I feel I am being ignored and have sent in a scathing feedback pro-forma that I was emailed. After no response, I figure VW could do with a kick up the arse.
