VW T6 Halogen to T6.1 LED

Hello guys im doing front retrofit on my T6 2018 to T6.1 LED. I've read almost all posts here some end with success some not.
I have bought almost all OEM Led headlights, bumper, fenders, grills etc..
My van is with standart halogen headlights and question is whats needed to be modified in my current setup and how to?
I saw that some people sell adapters for plug and play but thats plan B at the moment.
As i undarstand will need AFS module, rewiring pins from BCM and coding. My BCM number is : 7E0937090C
I have VCDS, ODIS and Launch.
Could someone share some information or help to make them work?

VW t6.1 headlights are controlled via CAN bus! Moreover, VW T6.1 is already an MQB platform and the data in CAN is completely different from that in VW T6. Direct connection is not possible! VW T6 is a PQ25 platform, CAN data is quite different from MQB.

The AFS module T6.1 does control the headlights of the T6.1, but it will not be able to work with the PQ25.

I completely forgot, the VW T6 headlights (regardless of whether they are halogen or FULL LED) are controlled by analog signals
