Had the van today for new timing belt (8yrs old 52k) and service in Vw and had a lovely free health check. They Identified a leaking steering pump and clogged EGR. Can anyone suggest an indy somewhere local to Liverpool to maybe do the work. Could maybe block the EGR and DPF off???

dont know about egr and dpf block but I've used Wirral Care Care/ Wirral Custom Campers (they are the same business ) they are VAG specialist and I've been happy with thier work. They are in Neston on the Wirral. I use them for servicing and they fitted replacement windows

@JDC I used D&S O’Shea in Crosby for years when I was younger and into my GTI’s, they were superb and are still going so they must be doing something right. It’s Dave’s son that is running it now (the S in D&S I think)
