VW bike rack parts

Hello , could anyone give me some advice do you know what these are called and does anyone know if there’s a place that sells parts like these as VW only sell the unit as a whole , it’s the bit circled in yellow the clamp bit snapped off after my nicanpoop son borrowed the camper and mike bike and did this . I’m guessing from the image you’ve got the VW branded Thule Wanderway. Parts are readily available from places such as roofracks.co.uk
