Victron Lithium Battery

Hi, I am about to start wiring the van and bought a bespoke kit from Rayne Automotive who were great.

All the components are Victron however I wanted to get a cheaper (non Victron) lithium battery as they seem more cost effective.


Is this advisable and will there be any compatibility issues with the Victron components and/or the Victron app?

I wouldn't have thought so but Id seek confirmation from someone in the know who will no doubt be along shortly

Yep.

No problems there, provided all the charge sources are set to lithium profile, and match the battery manufacturers charge spec.
