V5 Confusion!

I maybe a fool and not understanding my V5 correctly, so If someone can explain it to me it would be much appreciated.
I'm trying to buy some items but I cant decipher what type my van is.
Going by date and outside looks its defo a Factory T6 Kombi
Its engine is a CAAB euro 5 (no adblue)
When you look on sites and it give drop down codes to select the correct van I don't know what to choose.
Type code matches nothing but is close to 2015 T5............but date wise its a T6 with letters that I can't match up anywhere on my V5

Your vehicle data sticker will show the variant as mentioned above. Sometimes they're identified by chassis type `7HZ` as in your van wv1zzz`7HZ`........

Read through posts on here and found the build sticker under my dash. It's showing SGB which is a minibus on the above drop down menu.
I'm still confused as to where this type on the sticker relates to the V5.
Or is there no logical explanation?

I'm ordering calipers.
Most of the drop downs show same calipers but its also for future reference for ordering anything else. I would have though that the v5 would be the definitive answer but it doesn't look that way.
Mine says 7J0 on the v5. SGB on the dash sticker and 7HZ if taken from the vin.
Confused is an understatement.
