Useful Features to fit!

This week I discovered push button coat hooks that I’m going to fit. What’s the most useful thing you’ve fitted internally? I don’t mean accessories like ridge monkeys and mattress toppers, rather than something fixed.

Found them.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread @Elephant999 @Chris Sherwood but just wanted to ask how you got on with these hooks? I'm having trouble sourcing a 26mm hole saw and can only find spade style bits. I'm worried they won't give a 'clean' hole when drilling so wanted to know what bit you used to drill into your cabinets?

Cheers, but reviews don't look great for the first two links and the third is for a 25mm, not 26mm bit!

I was looking at the bit below but was worried it might chew through the cabinetry rather than leave a nice clean hole.

Bosch Professional 1x Expert SelfCut Speed Spade Drill Bit (for Softwood, Chipboard, Ø 26,00 mm, Accessories Rotary Impact Drill)

@ksm1701 I wouldn’t use a flat bit as it will not do a neat cut better with hole saw 25mm then just file around the hole to fit your coat hook.

John.

I haven't fitted mine as I couldn't find a good place to put them. I would use a hole saw (from both sides) if I was going to fit them.
