Update MIB 3 Standard ? wont update online...can i find it manually?

i am wanting to update my MIB 3 standard, can anyone tell me where i can find the updates to download as it never does the updates online "Searching" all it does. I am on version 0156 currently and has known issues ie blank screen, crackling audio, unresponsive, wont update and connectivity to we connect "when it feels like it".

As far as I'm awar we if you can't download the update over the air, which is one of the known problems. It's down to VW or someone with ODIS to update the headunit

When click online update it just searching (left for hours and still never finds it). I suspect @Dav-Tec is right called dealer as under warranty the car i have asked for it to be updated as car play is blacking out and audio dropping out. In the Tiguan forum they posts a TPI sheet saying known issues update the firmware to latest version. I found somewhere on line but they are wanting $95 for the download, they said they also want my VIN so they can update the records/system with dealer.
