Under bonnet insulation - mouse damage

I've had a mouse in the van and it's chewed up the under bonnet insulation that sits over the battery. I presume this is just sound damping? Are replacements readily available?
Peppermint oil, chilli infused wiring tape and traps have been employed.

Unless you want to try humane options I can confirm that these work very well (with smooth peanut butter).

I had small family brought back from Slovakia couple of years back and caught four with these over a week

I use the plastic easy set traps from Screwfix. Very effective.

We get the mountaineering mice in our garage loft.

Yeah, snappy traps for me. Caught one last night and will keep going. After a better look, they've chewed a load of rubber around the engine too. In my experience the humane ones are anything but, as they panic when trapped and die anyway.

I'm all for being nice to little furry things but if I've got to make a choice between them and my van getting chewed (inc. possibly wiring)......
