Unable to see settings menu t6 startline using stalk to get the big speedo

Hi - I have used a Carista dongle to update my settings to Australia in preparation to get the big speedo on the dash. However I cannot get to the settings menu using the stalk in the van - I do not have the steering wheel with controls. Holding down the toggle at the end of the stalk does not work - but does toggle the limited display or the reset button under the stalk - again works but only resets the trip. I need the settings menu to finish this ‘mod’. Pictures of 1. What I see and 2. What I want to see (again he settings menu!) from a YouTube clip - Thanks!

If its a startline then i think you only have the basic cluster which doesnt have that feature ?
