Hi has anybody used Transporter depot recently, I've ordered parts for my T6 on eBay but they're not responding to emails or the phone anyone had the same problems

I've never heard of them but just done a search on eBay and the only user it throws up with that name has no feedback for years?

Yeah the guys had a sense of humour failure with me, finally contacted me saying he had been away on holiday, as I explain to him when you get no response from your emails, the web page doesn't work and the telephone doesn't connect the alarm bells start to ring.

Anyway he's got the hump and cancelled my order, such is life

Then he is clearly a p^*~k who doesn’t deserve to have any customers. Give them negative, damning feedback.


Most decent “large scale” ebay sellers put a note on their pages akin to “if purchased between x date and y date, I am on holiday so your order will not be processed until z date” at least that way you are not expecting a response, and then don’t fill in the blanks with worried apprehension.

I did the same with companies House, only wanted a set of rails for the captain seats I've purchased, opened a can of worms he seemed to have contact with a T4 forum that was back in 2015 and 2013

that's exactly what I said to him I've given him a real negative review I don't think that helped

Had seen it before, looked ideal for my conversion, two grown lads captain seats more comfortable for them, was going to put table between seats
