Hi peeps,

I’ve been trawling through all the information in relation to trackers & have finally decided on the SmarTrack Protector Pro with lifetime membership.

They are on sale at the moment @£199 down from £349.

With vehicle life membership @ £399.
Thatcham CAT6-approved, proactive GPS + GSM vehicle tracking system.

Has anyone got any reviews on this system?

Hiya yes am sure this is the one I have got. No complaints it was challenging getting it installed logistically by them. That said you can down load an app to check it still works and only took the fitter 15 mins to install it with no issues. I pay the £12.50 per month option. My insurance insisted on one being fitted.

They look like a good system I opted for the life £399 as it pays for its in less than 3 years & I’m planning on keeping the van for longer than that!!!

That's the one, they post you the tracker. You then arrange installation and within the hour of it being powered up the global telematics company are on the phone setting up your account.

Hello there. I use the Quartix system. Absolutely brilliant. Used it for 8 yrs on 4 vehicles and literally never had an issue. App is easy to navigate and the full pc info is more than you need. Loads of fitters in the midlands but can’t say about other areas. Check them out on google.

If I have read that correctly, that’s £199 plus the £399 for a lifetime sub.

There is a couple of options. You can pay £13 ish a month and they provide and fit the unit foc but the unit belongs to them or you can buy the unit for about £199 and then the sub drops to approximately £30 a quarter.
I know it’s not the cheapest on the market but believe me I have tried loads and this is the best for back up and info.
Call them tomorrow and say Danny from DCB environmental recommended you, they may upgrade your package or knock off a few quid.
