To Lower A T6

Just got my first van to convert to a camper. I have a t32 and want to lower the suspension do I use spring's or use coil overs.

It's an either or answer. Some just lower with springs which can range from 30mm-50mm lower, eibach is considered one of the best. Some lower with the coiler kits which is shocks and springs. The blistein is height adjustable. Depends on the depth of your pocket. A lot of guys on here swear by the kit because it gives a better ride, but a lot more expensive.
