Thule awning brackets for roof rails

Has anyone used these type brackets to attach a Thule Omnistor 4900 to their T6? I'm looking for a solution that means I don't have to drill into the van and also remove the awning when I need to.

I have the below roof rails/rack and am just wondering whether the brackets would sit too far back to use the winding pole. Struggling to find any pictures online of people using the above brackets so would really appreciate seeing some if anyone has them fitted.

Thanks for your help!

I’ve used those brackets with a f35pro on a suv. To be honest they were a bit of a pain and in the end I swapped them for simple right angle bracket like these;
I secured them using bolts in the t track and simply drilled appropriate holes in the aluminium casing to match the spacing of the roof bars.

Doesn’t help with the winder issue.

Appreciate the response - I’ll take a look at the brackets, thanks

Hi …I’m using the Thule hideaway (3200 ) roof adapter on my roof bars fitted to the trailer…In the Uk it’s sold as the bracket for the 3200 model awning but I’ve seen on the American website it’s used for other awning applications…all using the roof rail system with T bolts….the picture shows one fitting idea but the kit as many different attachments

I had a similar quandary about fitting my Fiamma F45S.

After much research and having looked at Fiamma and Thule solutions amongst others, I went with the solution shown below, the Fiamma 98655-770.

Fiamma head office in Italy said that it would not work... but it does. The brackets are wider than they say that they are and do fit over my VanGuard UltiBars.

Very pleased with the result. No holes in the van and mounted at a sensible height.

When I was researching, I came to the conclusion that the Thule 307912 and the Fiamma 98655-310 were essentially the same brackets.

Another option is the Thule 301925
