A couple of thoughts on the above..
Never get the misses or kids to guide you back when hitching on your caravan.. Bit more.. Bit more...
Secondly, adjust the tow hitch to go over the tow ball, and do not hitch up like a hgv artic, and never rely on speed remember gently gently does it....
Otherwise either of the above,more worse still, both in combination will result in the above "camper" conversion...

Looks as though somebody upgraded the brakes on a T3 and had to stop suddenly when towing.
