Tailgate - VW T6 kombi

Hi All, my tailgate is making noise when driving over the bumpy roads, motorway is fine. I can see that tailgate is not fully closing, and latch is not holding tailgate tight.
We tested out and one person pulled doors while driving slowly over the bumps & no noise.

Any resolution for this issue or some guidance on how to tight latch / closure ?

If its rattling, probably the tailgate rattling on the lock. Either adjust damper stops or door lock/latch to tighten door to stop rattle.

There’s a round rubber stop on both near side and offside of tailgate, they can be adjusted in and out.
I would say that your’s need adjusting out but measure and make them the same on both sides.
