Tailgate rear wiper motor cover trim fixings..are they the same as a and b pillar trim fixings ?

The female part that pushes into the tailgate side holes, the white push in clips on the cover itself then push into them.

Have seen some on ebay that are listed as a and b pillar fixings...they look very similar...anyone know if they are the same they are cheap enough so will order them unless anyone can tell me if they will fit before I order them ? ta
